Training Terms and Conditions


Public Courses
1. On enrolment in a course, a participant’s position is reserved but not guaranteed until payment is received. Payment can be made by EFT, Cheque, Credit Card (2.5% Surcharge) or Purchase Order (for approved customers only).
2. Participants are expected to meet the requirements of the course prerequisites. Prerequisite details are listed in the relevant course data sheets on our web site.
3. Cancellations and transfers will only be accepted 15 full business days prior to course commencement.
4. Participant substitution free of charge at any time (the substitute participant must be at an appropriate skill level for the course).
5. All prices are in Australian Dollars and incur GST where applicable unless otherwise specified.
6. All changes to registrations must be made in writing (email).
7. Network Synergy Pty Ltd reserves the right to change course schedules, course pricing, discontinue courses, modify course content, limit class size, cancel courses and refuse entrance to a course.
8. If a participant leaves a course due to illness they may attend a subsequent course providing they bring original course materials.
9. Network Synergy Pty Ltd is not liable for the loss, theft of, or damage to participant's property when attending courses and/or exams.
10. If a participant does not attend a scheduled course, there will be no refund or reschedule given. Payment is forfeited.

Private Courses
1. A "private course" means a course organised exclusively for the organisation purchasing the training, where course participants are restricted to those selected by the company. A private course can be held on the customer’s site or at premises specified by Network Synergy.
2. In order to confirm a private course booking, date and the associated resources required to run the course, payment is required at the time of accepting the Network Synergy Pty Ltd private course quote. Payment can be made by EFT, Cheque, Credit Card or Purchase Order (for approved customers only). Please note that the course cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
3. All requests to cancel or change private course dates once confirmed, must be made in writing (email) to Network Synergy no less than 20 business days prior to the commencement date of the course. Cancellations and date change requests received by Network Synergy less than 20 business days, but more than 10 business days prior to the start of the course, will incur a fee of 50% of the total course price. Cancellations and date change requests received less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course will incur a fee of 80% of the total course price.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. In the case of Network Synergy cancelling a course, confirmed participants will be notified (where possible) at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled training date.
2. Network Synergy Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations
3. Booking alterations made within 10 business days prior to course commencement are subject to a 20% + GST transfer / cancellation fee. Special conditions apply for private courses, please refer below. Attendance substitution is accepted. Please notify Network Synergy before the course. Refunds will not be issued to participants who fail to attend training.
4. Where a participant cancels their enrolment, Network Synergy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. More than 15 business days notice, no fee. 5 – 15 business days notice, 50%, less than 5 business days, no refund.
